    Google this - "Free Web Hosting". And dude, it seems ur a bit confused. There are 2 types of domains - Paid Domains for & Free Subdomains. Paid Domains = www.yourname.com Free Subdomains = www.yourname.hostname.com Make ur choice and Best of luck !

    You can register your domain name at smallbusiness.yahoo.com as well as buy website hosting space and to design you can use Microsoft frontpage to create your site or hire a designer to do it for you.
