Changing languages?

I am in Japan , and use a Japanese OS (Windows XP Pro). Is there anyway possible to change the language for Outlook Express to English from Japanese without changing to an English version of Windows completely?

With Windows XP, go the Start Menu > Control Panel Click on Regional and Language Options. Pick on Languages tab, tick on "Install Files for East Asian Languages". Click on Details, click on Add. Scroll down Input Language until you find Japanese and click OK. Click on Advanced tab, tick on "Extend support of advanced text services to all programs". Click OK. Click OK. If all goes through as planned, you'll see a language bar appearing on your Taskbar and you can choice between input languages. Otherwise the default hotkey for changing between languages is Alt+Shift. You can start typing emails with the input language of your choice and when you send the email, OE will ask if you want to send the email in UNICODE. Choose Send email in UNICODE, that way your email won't appear garbled at the other side. Good luck.
