   right click on the picture ,pick open with paint..click on image.you can resize them here

   'photoshop' software or copy and paste into 'microsoft word' and use the crop tool. go to help on 'word' if cant find crop tool. hope i helped!

   I have had the best luck with a little program called "printkey". When you click on the print screen key it comes up with menu. You choose the "rectangle" and you can outline the picture or any part of the picture and save it. Then just upload the cropped pic you just created.
