Maker of glitter graphics?

I am looking for a way that I can make glitter graphics. I don't mean text, I meen graphics. It would help if the program used to make them was free. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make them using paint. I want to be able to put them on my myspace and in powerpoints. Please help. Thank YOU

    i think you had better search for ready made gifs that look like glitter graphics, because there is no way you can do it with paint. Check out this: http://www.grsites.com/webgraphics/ i think you will find here what you are looking for.

    well, not sure about a free one... you need a program that makes animated gif's, paint will not work sadly... animation shop is a good one... if you look on a p2p app you might be able to find the old "try before you buy" version... or do a search for animated gif editor on google or the like and see what comes up. animation shop is a good one though :)

    All that glitter graphics are is say you have a picture with a star filled sky. To get it to "glitter" you just have to put that picture in an animater, along with another picture with the stars in a different position. Therefore when you play it it jumps quickly making the appearance of "glitter". As for a good animator there is a good free animator in the "Serif Photo Plus" that is free and is also a good graphic maker program. Just my two cents. I don't use glitter hardly at all..
