Hey vmware qestion for you?

Hey i have this server that has 6 SCSI drives all sepret from one another and one is splite in to 2 hard drives and it is windows 2000 server I would like to turn this in to a vmware imige and sever it on another computer and get ride of this big fat tower server dose any one know of a way of ding this and how would I go about doing it The server that is the 2000 server is going on another server that has nuthing on it but vmware and the 2000 sever all ready had 2000 server installed with a aplication all ready installed that we need to convert all that the way it is to vmware we can not take and combind the drives is there any other way
