   If you mean like connection to someone like on Aim and some other things. The main disadvantage is if you don't know the person they can hack you pc easily

   Those people that use computers can perform certain tasks faster, organize data more effectively, and it provides people with entertainment. Disadvantages are that some people use computers to waste an enormous amount of time that could be spent in better ways.

   There is no advantage whatsoever. Better give your computer to me. If you don't want to give me your computer, then you must think there is some advantage to having it.
