Who will offer me an online job, because I am disabled?

I am webdesigner who is using photoshop and frontpage. I am from Bulgaria, male 30. I am student of social economics (industrial management - business administration. I have a spare time in which I am making websites with Macromedia Dreamweaver, MS Frontpage, Photoshop, CorelDraw, SwishMax.     Because you are disabled? Probably no one, because you are a good web designer, lots of people. Here's what I would suggest: You will need a portfolio, you can start with small projects for local businesses, groups etc. If no one is hiring you, do it for free for the first few, local charities and such. Your personal web page is too plain to use as a calling card, the ads at the top (I know you can't help those) don't add to it, you need to get a host where your can have a page without ads. Once you get something online, that you want people to use as a guide for your talent, then you can persue customers. I personally have had good luck on a local advertising site (it's Craigslist here, they are primarily U.S. now, but that may expand), if you want to look it's http://www.craigslist.com post in the services offered, the first few you will probably have to do, below the normal rate, so you can build a portfolio, or if you have designs that you have done that you like, get a host and post those so people can see your work. Good luck to you. Keep up your education, you will need it in web design.
