Does anyone know of a free download program that can make an mp3 file smaller than 128 kps?

I currently have Windows Media Player 10 and the smallest it can rip a track from a CD into an mp3 is 128 kps, which makes an average track about 5 - 6 MB. I'd like to get that smaller, if possible, as I'd like to run some mp3s on my website and not blow all of my disk space.

    go to download.com and search free mp3 wma converter. download it its free its really easy to use and convert just drag and drop hope it helps
