can an mht be converted to jpeg? how?

I did some designing and use ms word but when I saved the file, if its HTML, i need the supported files if I will email it unlike mht but it's too big. Is it possible to convert msword to jpeg?

    MHT is a Microsoft Internet Explorer HTML archive - a way to save an entire page with all its graphics in a single file. I think any recent version of Internet Explorer can open it (and allow you to save the JPG by right-clicking on it) but I don't know if any other browser can. I think it's one of those proprietary Microsoft deals that only works with IE. You might also try opening it in IE, then doing a Save As and choosing Webpage - Complete as the type. That saves graphics into a subfolder with the same name as the saved page.
