    You need to have a piece of software like MacroMedia Flash.... I won't lie about this, it is VERY expensive; like $1200-$1300. You may be able to find a piece of software from http://www.openforge.org which can do it though. Open forge is a community of programmers which engineers software that is Open Source (FREE), that mimics the abilities of software that is way too expensive.

    Flash games and movies are created using software by Macromedia, now owned by Adobe Systems, called "Flash" (creative name, isn't it?) Essentially you create objects or shapes and animate them. Animation is done by use of keyframes. A keyframe is a snapshot that defines a point in the movie. The intermediate frames are then handled automatically to create a smooth transition. Flash movies and games can be as simple or complex as you want them to be. Just look at Newgrounds.com for a sample of what's out there (Warning: Inappropriate content is on the site) The flash software is very expensive, and most amateurs end up pirating the software. You can get an education discount from your local university bookstore if you're a student there, or you can order it online. There's a number of flash tutorials and walkthroughs available on the internet to help you get the most out of your flash movies and games.

    First you need to have Flash, then purchase Game Programming in Macromedia Flash for dummies. There really is a book. I bought it about 3 months ago and I'm done with it. Great book highly recommend it.
