i don hav any idea 2 start up a project and i wanna wat r d steps 2 do.... can u please guide me n gettin requirements..... pl soon

this is a vast chapter in itself.. you are talking about the Initiating PHASE. There are many books available/also sites to give u an idea of the activities that are required to be performed/tools & techniques used in this phase. Some steps are to be followed, some templates that you may use to document thse ...
