How do I put links at the bottom of a page?

I'm designing a web page, and I need to put the links of the page on the very bottom going horizonal. Every time I put the code in the body tags, they go at the top. Any ideas? Thanks.

    On the "right click" menu there is an option of "copy shortcut" OR "save target as"

    Right click mouse while on the address bar click "cut" go to space you want to place address and rite click click "paste"
