Learning how to update and maintain a flash website......?

I am having a flash website created for me for my online store. I want to maintain and update it myself instead of paying for the website company to do it for me. I am pretty good with computers but I don't know anything about creating websites. Is it really difficult to learn? Or does someone know a guide book that would help? THANKS!!!

    Flash isn't difficult to learn but learning it does require a lot of time and patience. Don't expect to sit down one evening and learn the ins and outs of the program in an hour or even one night. It also helps if you have some sort of HTML experience even if its just the basics. Start with learning the basics of HTML, at least get your feet wet in it a little and then bump up to flash. The internet is a great resource as well as bookstores and the library. There are many books to choose from. Books such as HTML for Dummies and Flash for Dummies are always good starts. But be leary of the book that is too complicated to understand. And it never hurts to ask the company that is designing your site if they offer a brief tutorial on site maintenance. Good luck.
