If you post the code you have already I'll be glad to give free advice and even fill some blanks for you. But I won't (and most here won't) start the program for you.
Also, it will help your program design to develope a clear problem statement; what problem do you specifically want the program to solve? What do you want the program to do? With details. What kinds of inputs? Outputs?
It's hard (for anybody) to write a program when you don't have a clear statement of the problem, and what the program is going to do to solve it.
