have xp pro need admin password?

I was given a computer that was found by my real estate company. It has xp pro on it and I need to get in and clean everything off of it. Of course, I don't have any disks/software but I would love to upgrade my kids computer with this one if I could just get into it. I tried safe mode to get to hidden admin signon and had no luck any ideas?

    You can purchase a program that breaks the admin's password for XP... Go here http://www.lostpassword.com/windows-xp-2000-nt.htm Or you can google for a admin password breaker or how to break admin password in Windows XP... Your best bet is, if you have an XP CD, just reformat the drive and install a fresh clean copy of XP. To do this, follow these steps. 1. Start your computer from the Windows XP CD-ROM. To do this, insert the Windows XP CD-ROM into your CD drive or DVD drive, and then restart your computer. 2. When you see the "Press any key to boot from CD" message, press any key to start the computer from the Windows XP CD-ROM. 3. At the Welcome to Setup screen, press ENTER to start Windows XP Setup. 4. Read the End-User License Agreement, and then press F8. 5. Follow the instructions on the screen to select and format a partition where you want to install Windows XP. 6. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete Windows XP Setup. Hope this helps. Good luck!

    only way is to format and install xp again, did you see if when you start up the computer shows a message like press F12 to recover, if so just do that and thats all.
