how come Photoshop cant work for my windows computer?

i had the trial version before and it worked but then i tried getting it again and i installed it but an error message came up saying like there was a problem with the product library thing and it cant continue and says i need to reinstall it so i did and the same error message came up do i need something to make it work Xavier dawg you a m u t h a - f u c k i n g punk you here me i would mess you up if i saw you in person believe that!!!
