How can insert properly adsense ads on a wordpress blog?

At the moment I am doing it, but it doesn't fit well into the page so the look and feel is very poor. See the ads on www.prestamos-dinero.net. Do you know?

    i have just visited your website and clicked an ad for you :) if you want to move the ad just use the allingnement in your editor, put the ad centered and it shouldn't go out the page anymore, is just like you put a text, center it, select it and than in Code view change it with the google script Good luck look at my website at http://freewww.uv.ro and see that the ads stay as I want
