   go here for support http://www.cyberlink.com/english/cs/support/new_site/support_index.html or go thru your manuals if the computer is new and you bought off a store and not a person then is legally suppose to come with the cd to reinstall it what computer do you have ? dell?hp?mac? just google the type of computer you have on the internet and find the website and find the number :)
