What's the best, most complete package that I can use to test PHP on my comp.?

I'm looking for complete and a link...I guess I need apache and php. Most likely something more, but I simply want to extract and install rather than installing all of the pieces individually. I'm using Dreamweaver to create the pages

    http://www.phpcompiler.org/ if you download this, since this has its own complier u dont need to install apache to test it with.

    try "phpdev"... you can search for it. it installs php 4,apache 1.3, and mysql
