Creat a registry (members only) system with php, or similar language?

Hi, I have a website and I would like to create a members-only type section in the website. Users would be able to register and then describe their car (my website is www.2000montecarlo.com, and currently has a registry). the registry would need to be searchable and allow people to log in and out - that sort of thing. the reason i would like to know is because i am switching servers for my site, and need to get my registry moved over. however, at the same time i would like to re-design the registry and make it much better. does anyone know of a place/company/individual who I could hire, or get to help me with this - at a reasonable price? thanks very much, feel free to email

    If you search the web for softwares called CMS (Content Management Software), you'll probably find something similar to your needs. There is a good amount of opensource (Free) CMS softwares available. Try sites like www.opensourcecms.com or www.cmsmatrix.org that will let you compare them. opensourcecms.com is especially useful, for it allows you to log into their demo sites.
