Need help making screen captures?

Okay, so I've hit the print screen button, or the break button, and then pasted the capture in Photo Serif, where I edit it. But the problem is that the screenshot scrolls along with the site, and then turns to black...?? Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

    try this.. -press the print screen button -paste it in "PAINT" -copy whole image from paint -paste in "photo serif" -edit

    It's a problem with the Windows Operation System. I don't think there's a fix to it.

    I use http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/ it is easy to use and never had any problems. It is also free...

    well it depends screencaps of what you wanna take.cuz if u want to take video screencaps it won't work like this....with the printscreen thing.you will need bsplayer or acd see 6 or higher....what u did works only with desktop captures and pictures from sites where right click is disabled.....

    On your browser, Right click and choose select All option in the context menu. Then copy and paste it into your favourite photo editing softwares! Well, is it done your expectation?
