an amazing picture?

I discoverd this picture in a Chinese website: http://www.aipuzi.com/bbs/images/upload/2006/04/20/231812.jpg download the picture to your disk, and preview it in thumbnail mode, it will show a girl. why? i don't know weather you can understand what I'm saying, i'm Chinese and not good at English.

    Sometimes a preview is saved with the image (photoshop does this for example so you can see thumbnails quicker when viewing). What you can do, is when you are previewing the picture in thumbnail mode, right click on the image and select 'Refresh Thumnail' to force it to create a new version. Did the same thing to me. Never had that happen but seems to of fixed it.
