i know the url needs http at the start and mp3 at the end it has the mp3 how do i put the other in C:\Documents and Settings\james rogers\Desktop\In Concert\Disc 1\03 - Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar).mp3 i know its ment to ave http at the start but how

    A file with a http:// prefix means it's stored on a web server, not on your computer. To upload files to a web server (which means copying them from your computer to the server) you have to use a FTP client (FTP stands for file transfer protocol)- it's a program that can perform the upload, or other methods offered by those who host your web site for uploading your files. i don't know how much help this was, but the main point it's that the mp3 file has to be there with the other files of your website.

    Now just put stuff.mp3 on mydomain.com or where on the internet you are storing it. If the mp3 file is already on a website just link to it. If not you're going to have to find someone to host it.

    Several ways... first... you can set it as the "background sound" under page properties... in FRONT PAGE... Also there are dozens of cool java scripts, available for FREE... to play mp3's on a site. good luck
