how can i make a document text fillable after scan it through adobe reader PDF?

i need to scan a document (a credit application) and fill all the information in my computer. how can i do that

    Don't use adobe reader it sucks. Use foxit reader to open your pdf files. Foxit readis is way faster and easier to use and you can actually edit the pdf unlike Adobe!

    you have to print it out, fill it out, and then scan it as a pdf. If you have the full version of acrobat you can make "fields" that you can then fill in. You can also try to download the original pdf document from the website that made it (not a scan) sometimes there will be fields that you can fill out. good luck.

    You need Acrobat Pro to edit pdf's.
