I manage about 50 employees and I have built a Training matrix and a Chemical Inventory with Access; however, I am interested in learning some simple code (I'm novice).
I have completed some simple things like build relationships , reports and forms.
By code I mean VBA

Here's a quick way to learn some simple coding techniques in Access. Create a Macro with some simple things like Set Warnings to "No" and Open A Query. Once you save the Marco right mouse click on the Macro and do a "Save As" - choose Module from the "As" drop-down. This will convert the macro to a VBA module - where you can see how the Marco commands have been converted to code.
Good luck!
