Can somone help me make a forum made of html and css?

Hi I made this forum but it is not done yet I have to add in user acounts and passwords for people. But I do not know how to tell css or html how to wright scripts of users that register so when they go on my site they are able to log in the user and password area to log in by pressing submit. Also When I have that done how do I add in blogs? So people can reply to a topic that was made on the site but they would have to be registerd to reply to it. How can I do that?     I JUST FOLLOW UR LINK Well it's quite strange then since u want to create a forum, but u dont put database on it. As long as i create a forum, i used mysql, or postgreeSQL (it's free). U can hosted in anywhere. just search it. Some tips for ur website.. 1. use table (td, tr tag.. make ur page more cool) 2. use IDE, like dreamweaver or frontpage. 3. You can add forum by free on www.cjb.net try it lah...

    I'm pretty good with computer related things, but since I'm at the public library, and not the college library, I cant help you today, the security blocked your page...I could over ride>.> but I don't feel like getting put out of the library today.
