My Computer is FFUCKED up help me?

my computer is so effd up, it has spyware and adware, i tried dowloading ccleaner and spyware removal programs, but it would not let me, a message appears saying "cannot download program not enough memory on hard disk. what do i do, if everything fails i am thinking of rebooting the computer and making like i just bought

    You can download a free program called cleanup! (google it) and it cleans up all the temp files and cookies, etc. It is real safe. It used about 300k in space I think. That should free up alot of space. Then you can use lavasoft adaware and avast antivirus (both free), which should take care of the peskies. Be sure to update the software first.

    I would delete some things like a few songs, or video clips, which tend to take up a lot of space, and try to download the spyware hardware again.

    if you want a quick fix remove some programs to free up space and try reinstalling the cleaner. another option if your install is not successful is to do a selective start up and reboot and try again.(XP ONLY) to do this go to RUN and type: msconfig then there is a tab that says selective start up. in that area check the box that say to show Microsoft programs and uncheck it so they do not display. then uncheck all the other programs in the list and reboot machine and try again. last and the most effective is to do a full system restore by reformatting the hard drive. to do this insert your OS disk and restart your system and follow the instructions and reformat. Note save any information you want to keep to a disk because you will loose everything.
