How do I get my Road Runner email to work on Outlook Express?

I have put my POP Server address and my SMTP Server address and it still doesn't work. When I sign on it asks for my user name and password, when I put it in, it starts authorizing and the sign in page pops up again and again, what do I have to do?

    try using thunderbird or gmail you will have to ask road runner support

    I know it sounds stupid ,but make sure your password is not case sensitive.becuase if you are setting up your Outlook Express from scratch and input the correct pop and smtp the only thing that will prevent you from signing on is an incorrect username or password.
