um what are you asking, are you asking how to buy a splitter for your 2 monitors or are you wanting to set up 2 VGA ports and hook it up like that...................................gotta be more specific
Unfortunately, there is no Windows version of Final Cut. Its Apple's way of making sure people still buy Macs. If you're looking for something similar to Final Cut, you can try Adobe Premier, but its not cheap. My favorite
software for Windows is either Roxio Videowave or Pinnacle Studio. Both are fairly cheap and have a lot of features.

I like Ulead's Media Studio Pro. I've tried Adobe's video editing software and didn't find it very easy to learn. As far as I know, anything you can do in Adobe's product, you can do in Ulead's. I don't think that there is
a version of Final Cut for the PC. Also, Sony has a product, I think that it's Vegas Video, it's pretty good.
As mentioned before -
Adobe Premiere is really good but the learning curve is really StEEp. The alternative to that is Adobe Premiere Elements. It's a lot cheaper than the full version of Premiere and has a lot of powerful tools, plus the learning isn't as stEEp.
Ulead Video Studio 10 is pretty good as is Pinnacle Studio 10. Although Pinnacle's software is famous for being buggy and unstable but when it works, it works wonders.
There are also some video editing software packages from Avid that are really good but expensive as well.
There isn't a PC version of Final Cut
Aside from having dual monitors you'll also need at least 1GB of RAM, an AMD processor clocked at 2.0GHz or higher or an Intel processor clocked at 2.8GHz or higher, plenty of HD storage space. Video editing requires a lot power and if the system isn't up to spec it will show in the finished product.
