   theres tons of free websites that teach you how to use PHP. I recomend that you read the documentation from http://www.php.net it helps alot and if you get bored or you finsish you can go over to http://www.w3schools.com/ and look at what they got other then those too listen to the 1st guy who told you to google it. Theres tons of great references that are free but you have to search for them You can learn about computers for free you just have to be able to search on google and you could take some courses but reading and experimenting on your own is much better thats how I tought my self

   sorry in learning anything about computers, theres no such thing as free and as for you PHP, i learned about it while getting my degree in computer science but if that's what you specifically want to learn check out some local colleges or check out some certification websites
