I want people call my pc trouh a premium land line so I will release their add in my web site, I want them to call my pc which is connected to a premum land line, then they will enter the 6 digit code that I have emailed them before to activate my pc to release their add in my website, so they will be charged for that call and I will make money, so from technical point of view how can I organise this system, what software and hardware I need to let them to call my pc via that phone and activate their add?
