how can I command my pc trough a land line?I want people call my pc via a premium line?

I want people call my pc trouh a premium land line so I will release their add in my web site, I want them to call my pc which is connected to a premum land line, then they will enter the 6 digit code that I have emailed them before to activate my pc to release their add in my website, so they will be charged for that call and I will make money, so from technical point of view how can I organise this system, what software and hardware I need to let them to call my pc via that phone and activate their add?

    I suggest contacting the provider of your phone line. Most providers offer assistance to people doing these types of business ventures. Of course, that may not be free, but they can at least give you some of the technical details you need to determine if you can do it yourself. Good luck.
