how I control my pc by a land line?

let me I tell you what is my problem,I want to control my pc by a landline in such a way that if I call my pc by land line then I enter a code, like 123456, with phone then with this code I make a command to my pc for example to allow a file to be released to internet, is it possible, and do you know a system or company that give this service to me to install in my pc plz

Macro scripts to translate the DMTF tones 3. A selected protocol to transfer files over the net such as SMTP or POST via HTTP. It sounds more like a bespoke solution using a range of COTS packages.     Microsoft operating systems come with this ability. It's called Remote Access or Routing and Remote Access. It required the PC to have a modem installed and then to have RAS or RRAS properly configured. If your PC is connected to the Internet via broadband or even with a modem, you can use software like NetOp or pcAnywhere to remote control your computer. Broadband connection is better for this purpose, since a modem usually drops the signal after a while.
