Shoutbox and Comment Box , so easy but yet so hard?

Ok I have a website to finish it up i need a shout box type feature or comment box , where can I get one without addware. I'm stuck got shout box but need to edit my database in to it and comes up with errors which I no were near good enough to locate them and fix them? any help would be great.

    Are you referring to tagboards? Like those found in blogs and whatnots? I use flashbox. And if you can't rectify the problem, get help from a computer-savvy friend.
