How much would a web designer charge for a splash page and i might also get to design the full site which is only about 5-7pages. What does that normally cost? If someone can give me a ballpark range that would be great.

    Starting price would be around $500 in USA. Look what other web designers charge in your area by searching, or even calling them as if you were a customer. First time designers may charge less, while established companies may charge much more.

    4-8 dynamicaly created pages cost around 250$ now as for flash page up 50$ more. It's like a standard out there(of course there are cheaper prices) If i were you i would look at other web designers and see what they charge.
