A little help here, please!?

O.k. I've just download a video clip. I whenever I play it in my window media player I only hear the audio portion and can't see the video portion of the video clip. So, is there anything I can do to rectify this problem that I’m having?

    are you sure the clip is suitable for viewing in Media Player? Smoe arent, and Media Player cant recognize the file. Also, completely remove it from PC and re down load it. Also, try to view it with QuickTime player or Real Player. Other than that, It could be a corrupt/disfunctional/not working properly download (which could be the fault of where u downloaded it), and you might just have to give up

    use the appropriate codec for the video or try reinstalling media player

    It looks like u don't have the particular video codec installed in ur system in which the video is compressed. u can set the media player to download the codecs automatically. If thats not the case then this could just be the problem with the video clip itself.
