Adobe Reader?

I opened a document on Adobe Reader and I would like to fill out the form but I can't find out how. What do I have to do to fill out the form on the computer? I checked the document security and it says that filling of form fields are allowed. Can anyone help me?

    My guess is that when the file was created, no form fields were included. The file may LOOK like you can type things in, but if they're not form fields, you can't.
