Does anybody know of a program that i can cut and paste some pictures and put them all on one pictur

   If you are not familiar or no resources for photoshop, i would suggest copying and paste pictures, line them up side by side or anyway you want to on a powerpoint slide and export the file as jpeg.

   Personally Adobe photoshop is the way to go. However I'm a geeky Graphic Designer... And Adobe costs a small fortune. Depending on what you want the final product for you can use various software. As mentioned above, paint brush (which your computer may already have) will work, You can insert pictures in Microsoft word or powerpoint and resize them, and place them next to each other. But as far as editing the photos and being able to use cool filters and the freedom of being able to have layers, your best bet is Photoshop.

   Microsoft's PhotoEditor! Even though there are a bunch of other softwares that will allow you to create kind of a collage using cut portions of pics... but PhotoEditor comes with MicroSoft office and takes very little space on your hard drive. If you have MS Office installed, you should have it - look under 'Microsoft Office Tools' in Start->All Programs. If you don't have it installed, you can install from the MS Office CD if you have MS Office. Hope this helps.
