    Your computer should have came with a restoration disc in it. Take that disc, insert into your cd rom drive and reboot, follow the instructions on the screen. This will erase everything on your hard drive and return to it's normal state upon purchasing. I hope this helps!

    use your windows installation CD and follow the instructions for an new install
