Your computer should have came with a restoration disc in it. Take that disc, insert into your cd rom drive and reboot, follow the instructions on the screen. This will erase everything on your hard drive and return to it's normal state upon purchasing. I hope this helps!

well u can just reboot ur computer and erase every thing u need to fortmat the computer. do u have and operating system cd?
