How to edit the way AutoCAD 2006/2007 Zooms out or in ???

Hey fellas... I wanted to ask you how can i edit the way AutoCAD 2006/2007 Zooms out or Zooms in, from Slow motion mode to real time and quick mode... If there is anywhere that there is any feature that i can turn it off this option, please tell me... This new feature is very nice and new, after AutoCAD 2005, but for the job that i use, it just acts annoying and slows me down... thanks

    The command is "vtoptions", meaning View Transitions Options. Here you can turn off the animations, change the speed, or set the level or performance.

    You can turn-off the animated zooming by typing VTOPTIONS in the command line. From the dialog box you can remove the tick that says "Enable animation for Pan & Zoom".
