   for an upside down question mark ¿ press alt 0191 hold down the alt key

   for the full range of available symbols, click start, then run, and type: charmap <enter> clicking on a symbol will give you the 'alt' + number for that key, or double clicking will add that character to the 'characters to copy' box where you can copy it to the clipboard and paste it elsewhere.

   LOL, you don't have to have a "mexican keyboard" to make those "symbols"... If you haven't found out yet, hold down the ALT key then type the numbers 0161 to get an upside down ! (¡) and hold down the ALT key with the numbers 0191 to get ¿.
