I am assuming that you just need to find in Dreamweaver (DW) the place where you can drag and drop files to upload. This requires that you have set up and told DW where to upload the files (given ftp uname and password for your local and remote site). So, to get to that place, do these steps: 1) Launch DW 2) It should open with a panel on the right side called "Files". If you cannot find this, click on "Window" and then select "Files". Select the "Files" tab if it is not already selected. 3) Below the panel you should see a dropdown with your site name and beside it should be another dropdown with "Local View" selected. The right most icon in that row (with the alt text that comes when you just put your mouse over it "Expand to show local and remote views") is the "drag and drop" view that you are looking for.
