   Hi, You will find many designers who claim themselves as professionals but you have to be careful while selecting them. Check their work and refrences. I m into this business from last 7 years and provide consultancy. The rate per hour at the moment is between $8 to $15 per hour but its advisable to give the work on the project basis and fix a price for the complete work. One homepage design cost around $60 to $100 (NOTE: Only designing, programming not included).
