i am 33 and 360 tells me i have to be over 18 to make a account, what can i do to fix this???

    My guess would be that when you signed up for your account, you entered the wrong birthday year and it thinks you're under 18. In this case you're screwed because as far as I know, there's no way to get into THAT PART of your account to change that.
