How Do I Find Out Y A Basicly Empty Computer Is Low On Memory?
My computer has very little in it 128MB of memory 28.8 GB of free space and it seems i am low on memory.
WHAT DO I LOOK FOR...HOW DO I FIX IT????
First of all, what OS are you running? if it is windows XP then you should probably think about getting some more memory,
WIndows 98 or 2000 should run ok under that amount of ram.

The Low on Memory Message appears becuase there are too many processes runnning on your machine. Press the CTRL + ALT + DELETE Key and see what is taking the most memory.

try to run some anti spyware and Anti virus apps to hopefully kill all the nastys on your machine.

I hope this helps.

thanks
What you can do is first of all to get more RAM to improve on peformance then get an external hard drive like about 50GB and transfer all your temporary valuable files in your hard drive to that hard drive to free up disk space in your computer.

You can also run a scandisk to free up diskspace in you current storage volume.
Your computer is running way to many programs for the memory you got. On any windows program you can click on the start button then click on run. Then type in msconfig just like that. Then go to either running programs or startup and uncheck what you do not need running. Be careful what you pick because some programs are needed to run your regular programs. Then click on ok and when you restart your computer it should have some more memory available.
you have to check about viruses, some of them take part of the memory
