Question at the bottom?

Visual studio. when I click Visual Basic in the Projects type and than want to select ASP.NET web application in the template pane-- but there is no such template. I downloaded the sftware today -- from uni loans. Is it that I made some mistakes there or what as already I am facing 2 problems.
