my outlook express says 'this programme is not responding' and i cant read my emails i can print from microsoft word, but cant print from inrernet websites can you tell me how to fix these problems please?

    YES. Go into the kitchen,get a jug of water,put some washing up detergent in it & go back to your computer. Lean the tower forward, tip water/detergent into back of computer (make sure it is turned on) , this will stop all your problems & hopefully the people at Yahoo!7 answers. I'm going to miss our little game of spot the racist.

    Try reinstalling Internet Explorer. You can download it from microsoft.com. You may have some corrupt files. Also run a virus scan.

    Whats the exact error message you are getting, when u try to print messaged from websites.

    this definately sounds like a virus. Have you run an anti-virus program yet?
